Pindaya is famous for its limestone caves, attractive lakeside setting, and the traditional Shan paper, umbrellas that are manufacture here.
Kalaw is a hill town in Shan State of Myanmar, refreshing climate and scenic views. Many of Kalaw’s original era buildings remains unchanged and it is also known as Myanmar’s trekking area.
Inle Lake is famous for its scenic beauty and the unique leg-rowing of the Inthas, floating villages, and colourful daily floating market are places worthy to visit.

Itinerary for Customers

Day 1 : Yangon – Heho – Pindaya – Kalaw (-/-/-)
Arrival at Heho airport, proceed by road to Pindaya (65 km - 1½ hours). Pindaya is famous for its limestone caves, its attractive lakeside setting, and the traditional Shan paper umbrellas that are manufactured here. After lunch (by own account), visit magnificent Pindaya Caves, set in as limestone ridge overlooking a picturesque lake, where thousands of different types of Buddha images are on display in the various cave chambers. Visit some local houses where families produce Shan paper and parasols. Then, drive to Kalaw.

Overnight in Kalaw

Day 2: Kalaw – Inle Lake (B/-/-)
After breakfast, drive to Nyaung Shwe jetty and transfer to Inle Lake. Today full day excursion to Inle Lake and on the way, you encounter famous leg rover, typical floating garden, local methods of fishing, village life and magnificent. Visit to Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda which is the famous attraction of Inle Lake and it houses five ancient images of Buddha that are completely covered in gold leaf. Then explore by visiting the silver smith factor and silk weaving village.

Both lunch and dinner are by own account.

Overnight on Inle Lake or Nyaung Shwe

Day 3: Inle (Indein) (B/-/-)
After breakfast, visit to one of the local market in Inle Lake region (Market Days only). And then board a boat to the western shore of Inle Lake, where you will find the beginning of a stair path leading to the well hidden Indein Pagoda complex which a group of Buddhist pagodas in the village of Indein near Ywama and Inle Lake in Shan State. After visiting Indein Pagoda, then take a visit to Nga Phe Kyaung Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries on the lake where there is the large wooden meditation hall and are over 200 year old ancient Buddha statues. Return to your hotel. The beauty of the sunset over Inle Lake enchants all visitors.

Overnight on Inle Lake or Nyaung Shwe

Day 4: Inle – Heho - Yangon (B/-/-)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Yangon.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Wings & Wheels Travels and Tours. A 10% handling fee will be charged made 30 days or more prior to your arrival unless there are any charges or prepayments. Guide, car and entrance fees are fully refundable at any time before travel.
More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total tour price

Between 30 and 21 days before departure: 25% of total tour price
Between 20 and 8 days before departure: 50% of total tour price
Between 7 days and 48 hours before departure: 75% of total tour price
Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% of total tour price

• Drinks and personal expenses (such as drinks, souvenirs, laundry etc.)
• Tips and porters at the hotels
• Credit card fees (4.5%) or bank transfer fees for non-cash payments

• Camera fees in visited area
• Travel insurance (cover against all cancellation costs, medical expenses incl. repatriation in the event of accident or illness)
