About Your Trip
To see the Natural limestone caves in Hpa An hearing the water dripping and amazing natural scenic beauty in Mon State. These caves that have unique decorated entrances are full of Buddhist paintings and sculptures. On the way to Mawlamyaing, visit Zinkyaik Waterfall and then famous pagodas in Mawlamyaing. It is a must to visit to Thanphyuzayat where it is known as the Death Railway.
Day 1 : Yangon – Hpa An (B/L/D)
This morning the tour starts at 04:00 AM. After breakfast at 39 Mile, drive to Hpa An: the capital of Kayin State, homeland of the Kayin people. Hpa An is an energetic, friendly town on the banks of the Thanlwin River. The main attractions though are scattered around the beautiful surrounding countryside, making this an ideal area for relaxed touring.
As approaching Hpa An at about 11 AM, visit Bayin Nyi Cave which is closer to Thaton and then Kawgun Cave, about eight miles south of Hpa An, the hidden gallery of the the 7th Century artwork within the cave.
After lunch, visit Kyaunk Kalap; the column or rock, standing sheer out of a lake makes this monastery, pagoda and Nat shrine one of the most photographed spots in all Kayin State. Then, visit to Lumbani Garden and enjoy the scenery of Mount Zwekabin, the tallest of a chain of limestone-mountains, 23772 feet is crowned by a stupa, said to contain a hair relic of the Buddha. The mountain boasts fantastic views over the Kayin country-side.
Having checked in the hotel, take a rest for a while. Then visit to Shwe Yin Hmyaw Pagoda to enjoy the panoramic view of sunset. Dinner at the local restaurant

Day 2: Hpa An – Mawlamyaing (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Mawlamyaing. On the way, drop over Zinkyaik Waterfall. Then proceed to Mawlamyaing. After lunch at local restaurant, check in the hotel.
In the afternoon (at about 3 PM), visit Kyaik Tha Lan Pagoda, Mahamuni Pagoda and U Zina Pagoda and there, take a stop for photograph at viewpoint. After that, visit the central market to buy the local products and souvenirs. Dinner at local restaurant.
Overnight in Mawlamyaing

Hpa An – Mawlamyaing (57 km): 1h 20mins
Day 3: Mawlamyaing– Kyaikkhami – Setse – Thanphyuzayat - Yangon (B/L/D)
After breakfast, check out the hotel and drive to Setse Beach. Afterwards, visit to Kyaikkhami Pagoda. After lunch at local restaurant, visit Death Railway Museum in Thanpyuzayat. Then visit to Win Sein Taw Ya which is the world’s largest reclining Buddha and at 30 meters high and 180 meters in length can be seen for miles.
Then back to Yangon and arrive at about 10 or 11 PM.
